TheNix5 - Sunshine Coast is a brand new waterfront home completed in 2024, the newest waterfront home in Buddina.
Welcome to TheNix5 - Sunshine Coast where comfort and style meet relaxed waterfront vibes. Drive through the
double automated gates, or walk through the pedestrian gate (with video intercom) and you are greeted by the beautifully architecturally designed landscaped gardens and fossilised sandstone paving, which is featured throughout the gardens and outdoor areas of the property.
Enter through the front door and you'll instantly feel the grandeur of the 2.6m wide hallways and 2.7m high ceilings.
There are 4 bedrooms all with plush 33mm wool carpet, ceiling fans, ducted zoned air-conditioning with automated blinds.
Bed 1 - private parents' retreat master bedroom with a huge ensuite with a king bed, bedside tables, an ottoman, 2 occasional chairs and a walk-through robe with dual external access
Bed 2 - king bed, bedside tables, an occasional chair and a walk-in robe.
Bed 3 - king bed, bedside tables, and an occasional chair with a built-in robe.
Bed 4 - 2 king single beds, bedsides and a built-in robe.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located in a separate wing on the left of the house, with a separate lounge room, powder room and the main bathroom.
With 3 lounge areas, your group can break off and have alone time. All the lounges are King Living, so comfort is paramount, no matter where you choose to relax.
The second lounge room has an L-shaped Jasper lounge with a 55-inch LG smart TV and a ceiling fan.
The home features ducted, zoned, climate-controlled air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The large family lounge room has an 86-inch LG smart TV. The whole group can enjoy some Netflix and chill as you relax on the huge u-shaped Max lounge under a ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, induction cooktop and oven, kettle and toaster as well as a coffee machine (bring your own pods). You can cook up a family feast with plenty of pots, pans and utensils utilising the big island bench, which is great for socialising. The butler's pantry means you can make all the mess you want, and no one will see it. The large LG plumbed-in fridge provides cool water and ice on tap.
The dining room also has a ceiling fan and comes with a 12-seater Quay marble dining table with plush Quay chairs for relaxing over dinner with a glass of your favourite tipple.
A sitting room with a Felix lounge overlooks the pool area, where you can read a book and enjoy a cup of tea in the morning.
The outdoor room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool as you enjoy the outdoor Quay furniture with 2 armchairs and a 2-seater sofa for taking in the evening ambience while cooking in the outdoor kitchen, which comes with a full gas BBQ, fridge and sink with hot and cold water.
The pool area is fully paved with sandstone - no need for shoes even on the hottest of days. The cabana has a King Cove sun lounger day, ceiling fan and outdoor power points for some tunes while you swim or sun bake. The hot and cold shower provides a comfortable rinse off from swimming in the saltwater pool or a day on the boat.
Take a stroll down to the brand new pontoon, which has lighting and a tap so you can rinse off your watercraft toys before finishing off with a swim and a hot or cool outdoor shower before joining your family and friends for dinner or retiring for the night.
You’ve got the perfect holiday location, whether it’s a trip for just you, your family or a whole group of friends - relaxing is key with all the amenities on your doorstep.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property, from the front gates to the pontoon.

TheNix5 - Sunshine Coast is within walking distance to Kawana Shopping World, the marina and the beach. Just 40 minutes south of Noosa and 15 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport. It's a ten-minute drive to Mooloolaba, where you'll find the vibrant Wharf precinct with boutique fashion and homeware stores and plenty of restaurants from quick, cheap eats to sit-down service and bars.

**No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults as part of a family booking is ok)**
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in proximity. We observe quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9 pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
