TheNix5 is a large single-storey luxury home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double car garage with internal access.

Luxury accommodation which comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds and 2 king single beds. The primary suite has the large ensuite and a walk-through wardrobe.  The second bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and the third and fourth bedrooms come with mirror built in wardrobes. 

The home has been designed to satisfy the most discerning holidaymaker.

There are 3 living areas, each with King Living lounges, Max, Jasper and Felix. There’s an 86-inch smart TV and a 55-inch smart TV, so there will be no disagreements about what to watch.

The dining room has a 12-seat marble dining room table with comfortable and plush chairs for after-dinner conversation.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest Westinghouse appliances and has everything you will need to entertain during your stay.

Enjoy the tranquil tropical evening ambience on the outdoor patio area, where you can easily socialise while your BBQ is cooking, with a fridge to keep your beers and wine cool, as well as a sink with hot and cold water.

The saltwater pool is heated, and you’ll have fun checking out the fossilised sandstone crazy paving which features throughout the outdoor areas, with tastefully designed landscaped gardens and soft lighting.  

For the boating enthusiasts, there’s a brand-new pontoon where you can moor your boat, which comes with lighting and a tap so you can wash off your watercraft.  There's even an outdoor hot and cold shower where you can rinse off after your swim in the pool, a day at the beach or after a day on the boat.

TheNix5 is within easy walking distance to Kawana Shopping World, the marina and the beach. Just 40 minutes south of Noosa and 15 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport. It's a ten-minute drive to Mooloolaba, where you'll find the vibrant Wharf precinct with boutique fashion and homeware stores and plenty of restaurants from quick, cheap eats to sit-down service and bars.
